with Polk County, the City of Winter Haven, and the Town of Dundee,
is conducting a Project Development and Environment (PD & E) Study
for improvements to SR 542. The project limits extend a distance of
six miles from 1st Street in Winter Haven east to US 27 in the Town of Dundee.
